Enchilada

The enchilada is a dish that is made in Mexico with corn tortilla bathed in a spicy sauce using chili in its preparation. Depending on the style, the enchilada can be accompanied or stuffed with meats-chicken, turkey, beef or cheese; in addition to being accompanied by some additional garnish, which usually consists of fresh onion, chopped or sliced, lettuce, cream and cheese. 

Pozole


This forceful soup, whose basic ingredient is corn and depending on the region is added the type of meat and complementary ingredients, can be enjoyed throughout the territory.

Adverbs of quantity – much, a lot, a bit, a little

You have already studied these as quantifiers in unit 29. However, they can also be adverbs of quantity when used with an adjective.
For example:
“It’s a pretty good movie but it’s a bit too long”
“My German is much more fluent than my Spanish”
“A bit” and “a little” mean the same thing and so do “much” and “a lot”
